Letter to Lingoda to report my observations made as employee
I am trying to talk to Lingoda about this letter andthe concerns about the security for your teachers and students. Due to recent newspaper headlines about the same virus causing severa impact on other businesses an Investigation into the matter seems mandatory.

No Word about purpose or plans of investment. Around same time a little innocent cyber cafe opens in Berlin. CyberianMine. Lingoda moves offices for the 3rd time but no big deal. Whatyou see is a coworking space not Lingoda office. The company is zero transparent about structure roles responsiblities. Particularly teachers are kept in a sandbox. Never ever you will see an EMail forwarded from someone for example.

History
Lingoda was founded in Berlin, Germany in 2012 by brothers Fabian and Felix Wunderlich under the name Easy Languages. Its headquarters are in the Mitte district of Berlin.
In 2013, Easy Languages was rebranded as Lingoda, and the company expanded its operations to offer English lessons, as well as classes for small groups. In 2016, Lingoda started teaching French and Spanish courses.

EVERY CLASS IS RATED BY ALL STUDENTS, TEACHERS PERFORMANCE IS REVIEWED AND NEGATIVES WILL BE HIGHLIGHTED.
TO ELIMINATE A TEACHER LINGODA CREATES A SITUATION WHICH COULD LATER BE PRESENTED AS FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIRED QUALITY, NO IMPROVEMENT SINCE LAST CONVERSATION, THIS PROCESS IS NOT PERFECT BUT KNOWING THE TEACHER IS FAR AWAY FROM ANYONE AND GERMANY GIVES THEM CONFIDENCE. AN EMAIL FROM A GROUP ADDRESS WITHOUT SIGNATURE, POSITION AND CONTACT IS NOT ACCEPTED AS VALID PROOF. THE NAME USED FOR THESE SITUATIONS IS MARINE PIPLAS. THE NAME DOESNT EXIST NEITHER THE PERSON. GROWING UP IN FRANCE AND THEN LEARNING ALL BALKAN LANGUAGES ALONG THE WAY IS TOO RARE.
After 7 years at Lingoda and having recruited 1000s of teachers you can only find one picture of Marine Piplas.
