Bank of New York Mellon reports an associate missing and provides internal documents  to proof the associate is part of an investigation into organised crime.  Due to the high level of corruption  it was decided no action is taken by CNB as this would certainly be noted. Instead the report will escalated through personal channels.  Shendel Aceves is the contact, reporting the person missing.

Shendel Aceves notifies the consul in Queretaro by sending the letter from Bank of New York Mellon, the Confirmation of the Person reported missing and a news article in which Thomas Wagner talks about a situation related to Marco Schachtner.  She is asking specifically for a callback from Thomas Wagner. Daniela is her 7 year old daughter and Marco Schachtner is her father.

Shendel is contacted immediately by two agents from BKA Germany. In a message to a friend she describes the contact as weird as both seem very pushy asking a lot of information of her without even identifying themselves properly.  She doesn't provide much details as she doesn't feel confident.  The email from Carmen had a virus attached that destroyed her Laptop within 12 hours.

The same Email address that contacted Shendel is also sending an Email to the account of the person missing. This time the Name is Goetz Knobloch the head of BKA in Mexico.  Also sending a virus to him. 

Hey Marco,

I've heard you are missing. If that is the case please give me a call.  

Nov 15 and still ongoig

BKA gets caught on the spot as somebody responds from the targeted Email mcgrin69@ telling you about the virus attack sent in BKA Emails just shortly before.  No attention to the report the person reported missing. 

Since November 2023

Unable to contact her and unable to reach anyone of her family within the same house in CDMX, six flags. Local Police reports the same, unable to contact anyone , not answering.  We contact family in Michoacan, were they family is from. Negative.

Ursual Kroos is Germanys new talent a fresh name but relying on the good old virus to find a missing person. Sending that virus with a link for contacts to lawyers she will surely resolve the situation. Again she gets caught on the spot with someome replying as the she sent the email.

BKA  warns Lingoda of Investigation

Lingoda Language School seem to be somehow trusted a lot as the company is based in Berlin. The real owners are a bunch of Russians heavily involved in Crypto and is also investigated. It seems that BKA Queretaro notifed Lingoda about potential undercover investigation into the use of hacker tools viruses within the operations of Lingoda. Secret Crypto mining, abuse of labour rights, blackmail money laundering a bit of everything really.  The hacker tools  are from the same group as the ones in Queretaro.
